Before and Aftercare Instructions

For the optimal sunless tanning experience, make sure you follow our recommendations for the preparation and aftercare of your spraytan.  This will ensure you obtain the best results possible from your airbrush tanning session.  

Preparation:

Shower
Shaving/Waxing should be done 8 hours prior to your session
Exfoliate with Infinity Sun's non-abrasive body polisher.  Only use an abrasive exfoliant up to 3 days prior to your session as this will create abrasions that will interfere with the evenness of the application.
Do not wear lotions, creams, moisturizers, make-up, or deodorant to your session.
Bring or wear loose, dark clothing and open-toed shoes.

Aftercare:

Wait 10 to 12 hours before showering.
Do not engage in activities that cause sweating until after showering.
Do not wear lotions, creams, moisturizers, or deodorant until after showering.
Light make-up can be worn after your session with the exception of foundation or concealer.
Shave normally after showering, but begin with a new razor.
Do not spray perfume directly on your skin.
Do not exfoliate your skin during the life of your tan.
Do not use mineral oils on your skin during the life of your tan.
Protect your skin as you normally would as the tanner is not a sun blocker.
Stay hydrated and moisturize at least twice daily.
Use Infinity Sun's Extend lotion with DHA to extend the life of your tan.
Use Infinity Sun's Glow on the Go to touch up your face, hands, and feet between sessions.
